Run a 74km Ultra Marathon in paradise and "Run for the Reef"
The Port Douglas Ultra Marathon is the ultimate trail run in Tropical North QUeensland. Run as a part of the CANEGROWERS Great Barrier Reef Marathon on November 9th, the 74km adventure run starts along the pristine shores of Four Mile Beach, just before sunrise. The course then takes the adventure runner out into the valley behind Port Douglas and up the infamous "Bump Track". Once you've ascended over 450m in just 6km, the course takes you on an unbelievably stunning journey through the lush forests that peer down at the township below.
